Has carried out FISP inspections and filings for Cycles 9 and 10, and is responsible for filing and expediting with DOB, LPC, and other agencies. Specializes in evaluating building envelopes with a focus on historic properties.

Senior Preservation Associate with expertise in building envelope evaluation, historic preservation, and exterior restoration. Has managed façade-related projects in New York City since 2007, including overseeing the full exterior restoration of the original Lord & Taylor building at 901 Broadway, which received a Lucy G. Moses Preservation Award in 2015. At Saghari, leads project managers and drafters, develops scopes of work and budgets, and prepares specifications and drawings for competitive bid.
